Our HD dock cam streams live from Bowen’s Wharf in downtown Newport, looking out over Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay. The camera runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Use it to check the weather before you head down to the wharf, see what the water looks like before your sail, or just watch the harbor traffic from wherever you are. On a clear day you can see sailboats coming and going, the activity along the dock, and the waterfront stretching toward Fort Adams and the mouth of the bay.
This is one of the only live harbor webcams in Newport, and it’s a real camera — not a snapshot that refreshes every few minutes. The stream runs in HD on YouTube so you can watch on your phone, tablet, or TV.
